Here we’re four of us and one of my friends was feeling unsure about going in a hot air balloon. In the end of the experience all four of us thought it was fantastic. The pilot was informative and had a great sense of humour. The only thing is that can be a bit awkward is climbing in and out of the balloon basket but the ground crew are awesome and very helpful. If you visit Cappodocia this will be the best experience you will have.

There are a large number of hot air balloon companies in Goreme and the surrounding areas. But we stumbled upon this one thanks to our hotel. Cappadcia Balloon Bookings arranged all transport and the pilot was friendly and safe. IT Was, alltogether, a very organized experience. The views were absolutely stunning. As someone who is afraid of heights, it was a little unnerving at first, but altogether, it was one of the greatest experiences of my life.

The balloon pilot Hakan expertly piloted the balloon between the conically shaped rock formations for a very different vantage point. This was my wifeand my first hot air ballooning experience. It was absolutely amazing and a must do for anyone visiting the Cappadocia. the pilot was very experience on all aspects of ballooning and also know how to satisfy the customers by taking us spot to take those special pictures. and we also were very lucky that has we tour guide like Mr.Mutlu who took very care of us. My only disappoint was about having to wait 3 days because the weather were not suitable not for the balloons to fly, but anyway it was very worth the wait yah. We were picked up promptly from our hotel at 4am and taken to the company office to register for our flight. The staff were very helpful and made everyone feel comfortable and safe. Our pilot was brilliant keeping us entertained with a witty and informative commentary and very skilful. A magical experience that we will never forget! I would recommend that you bring a jumper or jacket as it is quite chilly in the early morning, even in July, when we went!
